Fitness Forward Group & Personal Training:
We know how to deliver results…change your body and the way you train with FF group training workouts. Join Fitness Forward Community and become a FF VIP client! We offer the “all in one” unique 50 minute group training workouts as
well as personal training for one to three people.
Our small group circuit training using the TRX Suspension Training, TRX Rip Trainer, medicine balls, BOSU, battling rope and more functional strength stations allows our fabulous trainers to help train each client individually by correcting form, alignment as well as modifying or intensifying any exercise. Work at your own level and be challenged… get results. Feel better. Look better. That is our mission.
Fitness Forward is located in downtown Bellevue with store front parking, classes with complimentary childcare or unsupervised kids play room.

*Wear a heart rate monitor for best results!
*Wear minimal shoes or barefoot.
*All fitness levels welcome. You work individually in the group setting. You are the weight on the TRX and work at your level of difficulty on stations. Easy to adjust intensity or modify.
*Small group personal training with a maximum of 16 clients per group training session.
*Muscle confusion! Mix in a variety of joint integrity, functional strength exercises, core movements, Pilates Mat, Yoga, cardio bursts, plyometric and sports specific exercises for an allover workout.
*Turn on your core! Activate your core during all movements and discover proper body alignment for ideal posture.
*Lose inches all over! Get body fat testing and measure monthly. We will help you find your edge and how to spike up your metabolism. Clean eating guidelines and programs are offered for maximum weight loss.
Fitness Forward Circuit Training Registration:
- Updated schedule is available on our web site link. Please pre-register and pay online
- Purchase FF single group training classes (buy as many “Single sessions” at one time as you wish”. No expiration dates!
- Register to be a “FF VIP client” for unlimited FF Group training workouts, run group workouts, discounts on coaching, ”FF 21 day challenge” and many more exclusive benefits.
- Set up “FF VIP client” autorenewal program under the retail page-”contracts” via the “Class schedule and registration” link on www.fitnessforward.net. Set up auto-renewal contract up any day of the month. 30 day cancellation notice.
- Sign up for any FF group training workout up to 15 minutes prior online via the class registration program online. Cancel online 24 hours in advance in order not to lose class credit.
- No joining fee or membership dues required.
FF Group Training Rates:
Single session class: $20 plus sales tax (50 minute class) or $25 for longer class (Saturday Boot Camp)
Fitness Forward VIP Client status:
- Single FF VIP Client: $160 plus sales tax for FF VIP client exclusive benefits with auto renewal monthly unlimited
- Add spouse: Additional $100 per month. ($260 plus sales tax)
- FF Family: $400 per month plus sales tax

- 1 hour $55-65
- 30 minutes $35
Metabolic Fitness Testing: call for more details and to set appointment
- Resting Metabolic Rate, body composition test and circumferences
- Exercise Metabolism Test on a treadmill, body composition, circumferences and consultation
Coaching program: run or triathlon training
- Monthly Run coaching: $150 per month (min. 4 month commitment)
- Monthly Triathlon Training Peaks online training,
monthly meeting, plus track/tempo workouts – $200 - Monthly Run group: 1x/week = $50/month or 2x/week = $75/month
Cancellation and Rescheduling Policies:
- Pre-Pay for scheduled personal training sessions at beginning of each month for discounted rates.
- A “48” hour cancellation policy”. If you cancel your scheduled training session with 48 hours or more notice. If
you do cancel within 48 hours of your scheduled training session, you will be charged for your training time. - Make up sessions in scheduled circuit training classes (ask Trainer)
