Our team of personal trainers at Fitness Forward want to teach how to move more efficiently and train your body how it is used in life!  Our Fitness Forward group training workouts include the following components of training and conditioning for peak performance:

The group training workouts may include stability balls, medicine balls, BOSU, ladder, jump ropes, weight machines, foam rollers and more!   We offer group TRX Rip Trainer and TRX Suspension training intervals.   TRX Suspension training is where your body is the machine and your core is on non-stop!   The TRX suspension training workouts combine the same principles we used in STOTT PILATES.  The  five principles in STOTT PILATES are used  in every TRX suspension movement:  breathing, pelvic placement, rib cage placement, scapular movement & stabilization, head and cervical placement.  The TRX Rip Trainer allows for 3-d training of the core while increasing the heart rate and working the entire body.    We use the TRX RIP TRAINERS and ViPR in most circuit workouts…come play and learn how exercise can be FUN!  Ideal for rotational sports as tennis, golf, LaCross, baseball, MMA and all life movments.  The TRX Suspension Trainer is designed to build power, balance, strength and flexibility for people of all ages and at all fitness levels.
