“I have known Debbie almost from the beginning of her career.  I think I am probably one of her oldest clients in years (I have just turned 60!) as well as in the amount of time I have worked out with her ( approx. 12 or 13 years.)  She is responsible not only for teaching me about living a more healthful life with exercise and nutrition but for the following:  Debbie got me to do my first triathlon, she has taught me yoga, strength training and now pilates. Debbie continues to learn and teach what she learns.

“I had one primary goal in preparing for my cycling trip through Provence, France:  I didn’t want to be the weakest link; the one everyone is waiting for at the top of the hill.  With the help of Debbie and her circuit training classes I wasn’t.  In fact, I was consistently in the middle of the pack.  Having a stronger core/upper body improved my endurance, especially on several of the hill climbs to those cute little castle towns throughout Provence. I was much quicker to recover each day and didn’t have to use the “sag van” this trip. Debbies circuit training classes are almost like having a one-on-one personal trainer experience; nothing slips by her, and she’s always looking for ways to push you a little further than the week before. Getting stronger is actually fun! ”
