Massage Therapy:
Shelley Alexander: Shelley is a Washington native who started her massage career in Montana in the late 90′s. After completing her
National Certification she went on to Aesthetician school in Seattle. With years as a practitioner at spas in Seattle, Issaquah,and Bellevue she continues to enjoy contributing in the healing arts. Through her love of travel, she has been exposed to techniques from Bath England to Vienna and from Canyon Ranch to Hana. She is an avid student of the holistic approach to quality of life and continues to learn and grow as the field evolves. Shelley lives with her husband and two children (four legged and furry!) in West Bellevue.

Swedish Massage:
Classic style massage using long strokes, kneading and friction to relax tight muscles and ease tension.

Deep Tissue Massage:

Extra pressure is added to chronic tension areas to release tight muscles. May also include heat or ice therapy.

Reflexology:
Your session starts with a warm foot soak. Then, lay back and relax as a full hour is devoted to just feet and hands to relax and balance your entire body.

Pregnancy Massage
Pregnancy can be a beautiful but sometimes stressful time for the mother to be. By relaxing, reducing stress and increasing circulation with gentle massage, both mother and baby benefit.
